At Grapes of Wrath we offer many event planning services. From finding you a perfect location for your event to creating a timeline that will cover all of your particular events to meeting with you in person or over the phone and of course to provide a menu that will make you and and all of your guests overjoyed.
Here is what sets us apart— We will not only provide great food that is miles above what anyone expects from ‘wedding food’, but we will guide you and your guests through the day so that everyone has time to actually experience the event!
Great food is a truly important aspect of your event. We provide that.—AND—just as important, is that you have time to be married, visit, eat, drink, visit, dance and play!
Besides our great food, it is our truly professional event coordination that will keep you at ease along the way.
We will get together and create a layout of your wedding site—we will create a time line—we will go over what goes where…and we will communicate really clearly between now and then.
The vendors we recommend and use have proven to be of the highest quality: always reliable and reasonably priced. We'll always try and give you at least two options so that you can choose the vendor with the style that suits your needs.

When you work with us we will direct you to our vendors at no charge. Grapes of Wrath receives no "kickbacks" or any other gifts from the vendors we recommend and display in the showroom.
Rentals: We own a large inventory of flatware and china. We will arrange for all outside rentals.
Locations
We will find the site that suits your vision and budget. Our sites run from intimate museums for formal dinners of 45 to Stilwell center that can comfortably seat 600. There are wineries, tasting rooms overlooking the ocean, private homes on rocky bluffs and simple halls. In addition to the popular locations below, we know of several other diverse sites from Santa Cruz to Gonzales to Big Sur; from secretive to widely known. So if you don't see a site below that excites you, let us know!
We are the exclusive caterer for Holly Farm, a lush five-acre property in Carmel Valley, where you and 20 of your guests can stay from 2-5 nights. The stately Ceremonial Oak is a great site for your ceremony and the tropical grounds, Carriage House and lawns are yours for the weekend. After the reception, you and your guests can retire to the Banana Cabana.
